The mission of the Legal Secretaries of Shreveport/Bossier (LSSB) is to enhance members' individual and collective value, image, competence, and influence. Our purpose is to provide information, education, and training to set standards of excellence recognized in the legal community.

LSSB's objectives are to elevate the standards of legal secretaries, paralegals, and all legal professionals, and promote their working relationships through continuing education, seminars, and publications. We want to inspire and equip all professionals working in the legal support field to attain excellence.

Professional certification is encouraged, committing ourselves to our careers.

Membership dues are very reasonable and a good investment. In addition, LSSB sponsors seminars and workshops that are excellent training vehicles for both employers and employees. Our meetings and socials provide valuable opportunities for networking with other legal professionals.
